Rihanna is strange success wise in a sense that she's never been a household name, but always does great commercially. ANTI sold a ton and has a **** ton of streams but I've never heard anyone reference one of its tracks in real life like I do with Lemonade for example.

Really? I always see people talk about Anti's album tracks. Well not always but you know more than any other non-Beyonce album. Sex With Me especially.

People brush off Rihanna's success because of her decent album sales and meh touring receipts. But her streaming success and Billboard Hot 100 success is so massive and beyond her peers I definitely prefer that over the other 2. Not to mention her media presence. No one on my timeline has shut up about Fenty Beauty since it came out. She really won. I've never heard an ANTI non-single played or referenced in public, but I hear people always talking about Lemonade album tracks. I guess my point is that its doesn't feel like a huge event when Rihanna releases an album, as opposed to Beyonce.

The Cure hit 9,000,000 streams in Spotify Australia (leading up to a 51,5K units just from Spotify)

Estimations: (All self-estimated numbers are lowered to the lowest numbers)

Spotify Numbers: 9,000,000 = 51,5K units

Apple Numbers (Self-estimated) : 3,500,000 = 20K units

Pandora Numbers (Self-estimated): 1,750,000 = 10K units

(Australia doesn't count Youtube)

Pure Sales: 40K

Total: 121,500 Units in Australia (19K more for 2x Platinum here)

I wonder how much R9 will debut with. ANTI did 124k pure / 166k SPS with no physical copies and it wasn't only up for streaming on TIDAL. It did have Work though, which I can't guarantee the R9 lead will be as big.

On that note, do we think LG6 will debut with 200k+?

likely 1.8-1.9K units per week (2.6K in Gaga:5F2 release week). It's still selling strong 120-150 copies/ a day in Australia. 

Plus: I lowered the numbers just to stay safe. I had The Cure at like ~129,000 units but then I think it was too high.
