To be honest If Million Reasons was on TTH the superbowl's week it could have had even more bigger sales and way way more bigger streams and probably a longevity in the top 10 Billboard Hot 100. 

But seems like Playlists don't bring company money so that why Interscope (or Gaga herself,team,..) didn't put MR on it.

+ one more thing TTH is not World's most popular or most successful songs, its about who is paying more.

Ariana Grande's 4th single from Dangerous Woman called Everyday made it way to the TTH it peaked like #55 on iTunes with discount and like 15-20M ai on radio
