@RAMROD I forgot to mention the Afd which is the far right nationalist party. Members of the party said that Germany should be proud of nazis :awkney:

Hmmm that is not OK

FDP sounds intriguing? So they only want protect rights of wealthy citizens? Businessmen?

But when you are not, why are you are in favor of them but not the CDU?

Because he seems to be one of these idiotic "Wutbürger".

Yeah, they are super problematic, too. And yes they want to protect wealthy citizens and want to introduce university fees again.

There are is the

CDU/CSU (Merkels party)- originally center right but moving more left on the spectrum, Christian democrats, conservative

SPD - socialists, center left, used to be the other bigger party but they are loosing lately because of the popularity of merkel and merkel basically stole most of her ideas from the SPD and the Green party

FDP- party for the rich people

Die Linke- far left party, used to be the communist party of East Germany, okay, but some weird views like they support the venezuelan government

Green- nature party, leftist party, socially progressive, first party to fight for gay marriage

Leaving out the AfD. The shade of it all :sharon:

Kind of and that is the funny yet also frustrating part. They call themself Liberal but they're not -they are only focussing on endorsing Neoliberalism. And all this while a truly liberal party without the "neo" part, could be interesting for Germany.

I'm not a fan of her views yea, but I wouldn't be disappointed if I were German. Seems to bring stability.

After the results are announced, the party Bündnis 90/Die Grünen could either be involved in the coalition between CDU, FDP & Die Grünen - if not there is a good chance they might be the smallest represented opposition party in the parliament. Just one of the many crazy "fun" facts of today's election day.

Spoiler

He's so cute, I CAN'T
