Google provides all the information you need. BLM was made in honour of a convicted cop killer, Assata Shakur, who's on the FBI's most wanted list. There are some people at BLM marches with hoodies reading "Assata taught me on the front." They have punched and beaten white supporters who joined their marches. They have shouted chants like "What do we want? Dead cops! When do we want it? Now!" and "Pigs in a blanket, fry em like bacon" on marches. They have actively walked around on marches smashing car windows with poles, starting fights in the streets, looting businesses, burning down neighbourhoods. Usually chanting "black power" when they do it. It's all out there and the video evidence can't lie. But it's amazing what certain liberals will spin to make us believe it's not what it appears. Now, don't get me wrong, I am 100% supportive of black people achieving rights or respect and at the start, I was supportive of BLM. But then it started getting sinister and I couldn't deny the damaging effect this organisation is having on the image of black people and the community at large. And while not all of them are doing it and some are speaking out against what their fellow members are doing, there's too much of it going on for me to say it's just the actions of a select few. I support black lives, but I don't support BLM. People claim to support BLM but don't care if a black person is shot by another black person, yet they'll hound any white police officer who shot a guilty black person. The real oppressor in these poor communities isn't the police, it's the drug dealers, pimps, gangbangers, rapists, etc. that live in and terrorise these areas. And I say the same for any race, not just black. White areas can have these same problems to and let me tell you, no one hates the police there. On the contrary, they just wish they'd show up in time. White people don't feel the need to defend white criminals, so it's beyond my comprehension why certain members of the black community do it to their own even when they were unquestionably guilty. There was a case where a black man who pulled a drive by ended up accidentally shooting and killing a little black girl. He was shot by police. The next day, there were protests for this despicable criminal who'd taken the life of a innocent black girl. Spitting in fans, peeing a mop bucks, wrecklessly (drunk) driving and endangering the lives of others, etc. Yes Justin, it’s great that you’re not a racist/don’t claim to be, but no - this does not mean you have a moral compass.
