Kermit the frog 1,860
I don't think she's able to write metal music, although transitioning some metal elements to pop music would be great. Still waiting for that metal techno avantgarde :usrs:
hausofkc 2,530
It would be nice, but would it sell is the question.
Kayla 7,595
Gaga is a bigger rock star than most of the people making rock music out there right now. If she did start making rock/heavy metal music, maybe it might actually make the genre good like it used to be.
LoyalMonster 53
Yes she may make pop music but she does have that rock star attitude/spirit which is something that i appreciate.

Unlike most, Gaga she respects the genre very much, so we know she'd stay true to it's roots no matter the consequences. That said... I want industrial goth Gaga back! :taylor:

Carrie Bradshaw 0
I'd love it if she did a song like this one http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=naUAuptzUb4
Ashley 8,628
I would love that, but just for one album. I like the way she did Electric Chapel. It was a good mix of rock and pop music. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=noPo09eqEhA&feature=youtube_gdata_player My favorite instrumental. 2:54 - 3:25 :legend:
giskardsb 12,565
To me Gaga is not so much straight heavy metal, but I could see her doing industrial metal such as NIN, Rob Zombie, Marilyn Manson. That genre could have handled the Glam element that Gaga brings to the table. I would actually love Gaga to use the type of Glam metal production that Adam Lambert did on Gaga's own song. Bad Romance is a great metal tune though. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cZ96FHEEI7k Edited April 1, 2012 by sbmonster
giskardsb 12,565
It would have been real interesting to see how You and I would have performed if the production was more like Monster Ball. She might have been able to kickstart a rock revival.
