Gay Tearjerkers

Featured Posts

I watched Holding the Man last night and loved it. It was a great gay tearjerker, which is something I haven't watched in a while so it inspired to make this thread.

So what are y'all's favorite Gay themed Tearjerkers? Or ones you really enjoy/recommend?

Some of mine are:

Holding the Man

Milk

Brokeback Mountain

The Trip

The Normal Heart

Philadelphia

Holding The Man had such great impact on how I see my community.

The final 30 minutes

The boyfriend's acting snatched my weave (forgot his name though) :selena:

VOLANTIS

Lady Gaga presents The Monster Ball at Madison Square Garden.

It gets me everytime. Especially the Gay-est Unicorn.

Holding The Man and Brokeback Mountain are the ones I've seen. I will be watching all those you mentioned right away. :excited2:

There's a movie called Out In The Dark which you can find on Youtube and it's one of my favorites ever.

Its a palestinian/israeli gay movie ans it really broke my heart but its def worth watching.

Definitely Prayers for Bobby. Goes to show how deep a mama's love really runs. For those that haven't seen it, it's about a gay man who was raised in a devoutly religious family. He committed suicide and his once devoutly religious mother changed her views and became one of the largest gay rights activists.

I love you monsters. I'd be unfixably broken without you

A Single Man was quite touching, Colin Firth was really good in it.

It's a joke! When you give me that look, it's a joke!
