Once the new Dates are announced then you will have the option of a refund, Think I read that on the E-mail I received from Ticketmaster,

It stated if you still wish to go then you don't have to do anything, Tickets will be honored for the rescheduled date (Not sure If new Tickets will be sent out or not) we hadn't received ours yet for the 2nd London date anyway so assume they will be sent out with the new date nearer the time now

However should you not be able to make the date then a refund will be available, I'd guess the E-mail will have a link to the Ticket site which will have the details of exactly how you would go about doing that.  

Can't do anything until the new dates are known though

In my venue I got a letter from the arena (Manchester) outlining the details.
