Gaga cancels 'Rock in Rio' performance

I would love a piano tour if it means Gaga feels good and is healthy. 

I'll take no tour at all if it means Gaga is well and healthy. 

With whatever is going on right now, touring is too much for her and her fans should try to be respectful of that. 

She's a person, not an indestructible machine.

I actually can't believe some of the comments I've seen on this thread and on twitter. Have some compassion and respect for fucks sake. This woman has given us so much and been there for us for years and now that she's in pain and unable to do a show these are some of the comments she gets. You're allowed to be disappointed but some of the things I've seen are absolutely disgusting. It's not something that can be cured, it's not something she can tell will happen until it happens, and I'm sure this has mentally taken a toll on her. Imagine being able to do what you love and then something happens and you're unable to do it as you used to anymore and in the process "letting down" thousands of people. Get over yourselves money can be remade but this pain she's feeling can't be cured

But, I think a ticket refund is NOT enough in this cases. I think they should refund to monsters flying there to see her everything they spend. It's not that money are more important than her health, but people may have spend many thousand dollars to flu there and they deserve a refund. 

This is what pisses me of when a concert is canceled: they refund tickets but if I already spend 200 dollars of trains I do not get them back. It could sound insensitive, and I'm sorry, but most people just save up for years to see her and not giving them back all the money they spend also for the travel is nust wrong imo.

I agree, I would be pissed if I had paid for my travel and didn't get to see her!! That is a once in a lifetime spend for a lot of people. 

I think her team should have called it earlier if she wasn't feeling 100%. The late notice on cancellations lately IS frustrating. 

However, like you said, it has nothing to do with Gaga personally. Hopefully her team rethinks their strategy a bit to adapt to her needs.

Doing a Tour drain so much energy from a person , with the pass of years i see more easily for artist to get tired, sick during their tours.I hope Gaga recovers herself and she is right, she must take a rest where she can relax and forget everything about her Performer Side and dedicate sometime to herself.

It is 100% fine that you are disappointed. However, the inhumane way you are treating her is awfully vile. What do you expect them to do? Cart her hospital bed onto the stage? Bad things happen in life. And in the grand scheme of things, her taking time off to heal is infinitely more important. You mentioned that she doesn't know her limits. I don't think its really that simple. You can be completely fine one day and hospitalized the next. I would argue that she didn't know her limits in 2012 and she is now more aware of them and has been trying to work within them. At the end of the day, there will always be another show. But you only got one life to live. And she's gotta do what she has to to stay healthy.

Oh my god. Came here because I saw a headline saying Lady Gaga hospitalised and my heart was in my mouth. I couldn't bear to read the news because I was scared to read that she was hurt or severely unwell. 

I actually wouldn't mind if she cancelled my tour date because I just want her to be well. 

To Lady Gaga I hope you get better soon. I am sorry that you are going through so much pain and suffering.

The anxiety that she must have in this moment must be awful
