It's a joke, it's a parody, he knew it was unconstitutional, he knew he would end up impeached. He is trying to point out how silly discrimination is and draw comparisons to the 'muslim ban'. He actually became mayor. He did this to make people laugh but also in order to make a very important and interesting political statement which is why I put it under society. If you don't agree with me fine, thats your right, but don't start going out insinuating that I was somehow maliciously misleading people.
