not asher613 661
let's just take a moment to remember how she brought out aspects of her masculine side and shared that with the world. not androgyny for the sake of sensation or personality politics but rather used the stage and lens to present jo as catharsis, to convey that gender roles will never encompass all the feelings and modes of thought that any individual will experience, and pretty or not, happy or not, sexy or not, they are there. she brought a lot to the table in a discussion that largely based around either glamour or sexual orientation. but its not about either of those things. it's about whatever you have inside you. I hated jo. he scared me. he smelled bad. he was drunk all the time. always restless. always searching to unlock some puzzle like it was everything meanwhile baby waited till supper got cold. he was a ****, like he wasnt even aware of other people. he didn't give a fuk about anyone but himself. i ****ing hated him. he was in stefani tho, when she gave him a name. we should all know that. im sure it means more to females than it ever could to me. I really wasn't fond of him. should remind us that there's more that we can contribute to a discussion about gender boundaries. there's as much as there are people in the world. i love her. OT Michael was also special this way. It wasn't about his sexual orientation and it wasn't about his gender identity. He had parts of him that weren't what we would call masculine.
