Hurricane was heading towards the Texas seaboard and was classified as category 4 hurricane. It made landfall yesterday before being being slightly decreased to cat. 3. That might sound good, but it means that the hurricane is slower which has a bigger possibility of doing major damage in one place. It also isn't on the seaboard any longer but is now inland.
