We have also had sources like MTV say it's an hour long. It's fair to assume, I think, that this is a doco about her life and her struggles and triumphs with the SB halftime show being the goal she is working towards and the triumphant climax. So it's like a year/a few months in the life of Gaga in the period where she was preparing for the halftime show if that makes sense.
