If that's the case then it's because the fillers stop a relase of an enzym in the nerve muscles (or something like that), at least botox does, that's way they use it as a treatment. One of my friends got a treatment recently because her left eye would always twitch or shut down for peridos of time.

However, I think people are misinterpreting that clip. She references pain ON her face, not in her face. Little Detectives have already matched that clip with her Instagram posts from around PI era where she was having chronic pain and was in the doctors office. It probably has to do with hip pain. I think she means intense look of pain in her face, "like she is running from a tiger". To me it seems like a reference to anxiety from her ptsd. Botox is prescribed for migraines and all kinds of facial pain. I don't know if this has anything to do with Gaga's situation, but it is a known medical treatment for certain facial ailments. I don't think that is necessarily true. She may have pain in her face that is being treated with injections. But, solely based on this clip, it seems like the dr wants to treat her anxiety first, which is creating a look of pain in her face, hence the tiger reference.
