Maybe, that did happen the last time but it's  not guaranteed. The IRS workers don't work during the shutdown, so they're not really owed anything.

I think the debt ceiling the US has, creates more problems than it solves tbh

Besides them and tax payers not having the money to be able to build it. He does realize they can't actually finish it in time for his run right... especially if it ends in a few months
