The ignorance of some people and the lengths they go to try and claim people they know aren't as guilty as the rest of the people who voted for this man 

Even if they aren't racist or homophobic themselves, they still chose to support, vote for and now defend a man who is, which is pretty much just as bad. Talk about having no backbone or courage to stand up to ignorance and bigotry when you see it.

I have a family member that is a brainwashed Trump supporter. We got into an argument yesterday. He believed the media hates him and nothing on TV is real. All fake news sound familiar! And he think Trump is the best POTUS.

I know you said they raised valid points but...what valid points? Aside from raising NASA's budget (which comes with the drawback that they're supposedly not allowed to allocate as many resources to climate/Earth sciences), I can't think of a single good thing he's said or done off the top of my head.

Aside from my sisters, brother, grandma, and grandpa, everyone in my family is a Trump supporter. Though I didn't like them very much in the first place so it wasn't hard to distance myself once they supported him (but not voted for him because they don't believe in voting ). They bring up "valid" points too until you look at those points through an objective and realistic perspective and realize their pro-Trump arguments are nonsense

I look at things they bring up in 2 different views. Idk. I respect my friends opinions and what not
