Seems like they did have a pretty major falling out. Gaga and Gibson and are both clearly headstrong and impulsive, and I feel like they just kept bumping heads at a certain point, to the point where they could  no longer work together. I do understand and sympathize her comments about being a black woman working behind the scenes of a famous white woman. The industry as a whole is really tough.

I saw her as guest choreographer on Dance Moms. Gaga just performed the halftime of the Super Bowl and is performing to 40,000 in stadiums. She needs to face reality.

I sort of have to agree in that she has a lot of yes-man around her now. I really can't say how much of the work was boomkack because who knows but we know she did some legendary stuff with Gaga and her choreos are on point.

That being said, Gaga's doing just fine playing the superbowl and selling stadiums so...

I'm not going to hate on Laurieann. I do like her. She talks about Puffy being loyal to her, but he fired the **** out of her a few years ago.

Laurieann was integral in the development of Gaga in her earlier stage. However, Laurieann is not responsible for Gaga's talent. Her earlier image, yes. Gaga has a drive, that not many have, and that even Laurieann talks about. Gaga is also talented to a very high degree, and fearless. I do think Gaga was at least most entertaining with Laurieann, but not the most talented.

Most of the choreo Gaga uses is Richy's choreo which Laurieann tried to take credit for.

This interview is ridiculous. It's crazy that she has the nerve to lie so blatantly while on camera. I guess she really doesn't have much to lose.

A lot of her visual aesthetics have been compared to Madonna. As her creative director what are your thoughts on that?

Listen, [Madonna] should be bitter because I did it on purpose, and you can quote me. I did it on purpose because for all those kids who believe that you can’t, I wanted to let them feel that you can. And that’s what I represent, that’s what Gags represents. That’s what this movement represents.

Ripping off other artists? You call that a movement? That woman is delusional. no wonder karma sent her straight to Dance Moms.

According to Gaga, Richy was the one who worked with her the most and 10 years together without any kind of drama between them have to mean something

glad she left, glad she's over, :bye:

Okay listening to it though, she actually does start by saying some really nice things about Gaga, talking about her work ethic and persistence. I can respect that Boomkack at least isn't trying to rewrite history.

I did LOVE the Dada and Boomkack/ haus era—so I can't really bash her impact

I agree her work with Gaga has been some of her best performances. The woman is dedicated, however, she is drinking a bit too much of the cool aide herself and not owning up to it that she is. She's tired of developing artist's and wants her own recognition and fame. She had a failed attempt at making music twice, yet clings to artist to try and have them realize her dream...which is what I got from the interview.
