Well to this point,  like father like son. His showed his racist ignorance today so I have to disagree (respectfully)  with you.having a rapist father may not make you a rapist bit it may effect your view On how you treat or feel about a man or women.

Yeah I agree but a lot of the times children are nothing like their parents.

But obviously Trump had some influence in this aspect from his father. To align him with the KKK because his father was is kinda harsh

I'm not sure how I feel about this.

On one had, its great that she is speaking out like she always has. And it feels like she's becoming more relevant to the GP again.

On the other hand, I don't want this to cost her a Grammy and I don't want her to get backlash.

Maybe its best to avoid mentioning Trump? Just keep fighting for unity and equality without mentioning names.

Gammy and Oscar voters are all liberals. This would probably help.

I think she's trying to make up for her ThisIsn'tUS and BeKind tweets that ticked off a lot of black activists. She's going a little overboard now imo.

It was also 1927 when over half America was racist

Her tweets are honestly getting old

i love her so much, but this has been common knowledge. She need to read up more on political issues then what she want to pick and choose. I'm not bashing her before someone says that but it's just true. I'm happy she's speaking out but ......

I didn’t know this:emma: but tbh I’m not really trying to give Trump much of my energy so maybe that’s why

i have the same fear.

All of you  have beautiful speech. You'll regret it when Gaga has not been nominated for the Grammy for years !!

I'm going to assume you're both either: non-American or under the age of 12. Or both.

Really guys??? People are being killed because they have different views (and a different skin tone) and you're worried about flammable awards? I can't. . .

I'll see you all later. This hurts. Honestly

I guess. Idk why her tweets ticked off black activists. They should be proud of her support. She might not be the most educated in the matter but she was trying to help them. They need to understand that they need a white persona help to bring about change. Sadly and realistically, they wont bring any change if its just them. There is a beautiful video about a black woman explaining how a white persons acknowledgement of the issue will bring about more supports. (Its the one where her sister is white. And its in a grocery store lol. Completely differ matter but applies here). In the world that we live in sadly black people won't be able to do it alone.

Trump is scum but you can't blaim him for something his father did 90 years ago lol

Trump tried to imply Ted Cruz's father assisted in the assassination of JFK, so I'd say it's fair game.

I don't think she did say anything wrong. She said the same thing that Obama did which he got over a million likes for.

Yeah I know. Its because shes white and he's black.

Its kinda ironic because most blacks are fighting against racism but they're racist about who can speak about the wrongfulness of racism :toofunny:

Socially this country is a mess
