bowie1986 178
Gaga will always be my favorite popstar. The songs/videos/album art/fashion/iconic interviews are going to take a damn long time for somebody else to top. However, Rainbow is so ****ing good. The only songs I don't care for much are "Hymn" and "Boots." Absolute BOPS: Bastards, Let 'Em Talk, Rainbow, Hunt You Down, Spaceship Steady Ass MF's: Woman, Praying, Finding You, Old Flames cover, Godzilla Ight: Boogie Feet, Learn to Let Go Joanne, literally after two listens, had me C.R.I.N.G.I.N.G. @ Dancin' In Circles, Million Reasons, Hey Girl, Grigio Girls. And the cringe-worthy songs only grew. Granted, Come to Mama and John Wayne are among the best in her catalog... But FUQQQQQ this album is so good. So happy for Kesha. This became about Gaga, but it's really about Kesha. I'm so friccin proud.
Guest
Okay I love RAINBOW and kesha but it's no Joanne. I mean it's all opinions but Joanne is my all time best album ever. But I guess it's all subjective
andy232000 11,712
annnnddd why was the comparison of the two albums necessary?
gagagoogoose 30,952
My question is why pick one over the other? Loving Rainbow doesn't mean you have to bash Joanne. Not very of you. And don't come for the future Grammy SOTY nominee, MR. That song is a masterpiece.

I guess I thought they were the only two pop albums worth my attention (minus Melodrama) and it makes me feel objective when I criticize my fav popstar I'm trash, but I love Rainbow. Yuuri 21,636
Rainbow is a great album, but to me, Rainbow only has a max of 3 great songs then the rest seems like one long song. Meanwhile Joanne has different elements to it, from a sad ballad, Joanne, to a song of of energy, John Wayne, then followed by a stadium anthem to another beautiful ballad. Just wait until Miley releases her album. It'll be "Joanne Vs Rainbows Vs Younger Now" or "Who had the best Soft rock album? Kesha, Lady Gaga, or Miley"
Tomiel25 2,111
if you like the album is a good thing, but there is no reason to compare and bashing another one, just to proof your opinion, just enjoy the music. i can't speak english but i can if you like
