Begging is illegal here. Police arrests the agressive ones from time to time but they have their own comunity and we simply can't control them.

Let me tell your that I don't care about the fact that they might come to your contry. They are dangerous. A few weeks ago they harrased a family (they opened the car and they asked for money) in my city. We are a comunity and all the countries should be equal.

All member countries should be treated equally yes, but that doesn't mean that we should be forced to cope with beggers. That's all I'm saying.

Well, yeah they come from your country so your politicians should take responsibility. If they won't do anything it's foolish to believe that anyone else will.

What can they do? To take them and build them some cities or something? We are a democratic state after all. We can't do that.

*That shouldn't have mattered in a organisation like EU where all the states are equal. Rom&Bul are eligible for Schenghen because we respect all the rules. This means you set the wrong rules.

Since so many people from Romania and Bulgaria come to other countries to beg there obviously is some issue there that makes them come to other countries. What that issue is I don't know, but that issue is in Romania and Bulgaria and must be dealt with there.

Then the whole union can of course deal with the begging part together and maybe elaborate Schengen, like should travelling for begging be an exception to it?

They do this because of their culture (and they're not Romanian, they are Gypsies). Most of them are not trained to work and rely on begging,

 Schenghen is only about travelling. Maybe we should cancel the EU.
