It's so much easier for everybody. And aside all of that, I love to keep my tickets, I still have my BTWB tickets next to my Skype pics from the photo booth, they're like a treasure to me! I'm going to call sometime this week to make sure. I bought from Vivid Seats and they sent me a gift card also. I've tried calling to make sure the actual card was ok and linked to the tickets but they said no way of checking until we try to check in at the venue on the day of the concert. We're driving 3 1/2 hours and staying overnight so it will be awful to do that and spent all day lined up and get up there to get in and not have legit tickets.
