What if Gaga did go to space in 2015, and is currently there, and her Aunt Joanne isn't actually dead and she is now the Gaga we know now? 

Think about it. Maybe the REAL reason for Troy leaving Gaga is he didn't want to go through with the space performance, but she agreed anyway? Yes yes, I know someone died on the test launch for the ship. But what if the person who died was the 'real' gaga ? (dark, I know) 

Maybe this is why we've got a more toned down Gaga right after the scheduled 2015 launch!! And it also could be why TayGa split, he got suspicious of the current Gaga and left her? Or he didn't like being with a fake Gaga ? Again, I know it's quite dark with me saying Gaga might be dead, but there's a lot more darker theories out there. Like the million reasons abortion/miscarriage theory.
