socotra 3,310
tbh I feel like it would've been a better followup to Poker Face than LoveGame. I feel like it would've gone Top 3 for sure, possibly #1. It's such a bop and would fit nicely in between Just Dance/Poker Face and LoveGame/Paparazzi. thoughts? buttsicle 6,484
Honestly I think it kinda is. It's such a good bop. WOOHOO YAHAA
migamiga 12,102
Tell me why I read this as Starbucks and thought you were gonna explain how that should've been a promotional tool for the tour OT: Yeah there was a lot of buzz around Starstuck. I think the singles during TF were fine but the transition was too rushed between TF/TFM. I get what they were trying to do but as a fan I would've appreciated better pacing for my enjoyment of the eras. Starstruck could've worked as a 5th single but they wanted to start TFM era
Bio 23,538
No, her fans would have killed her lol. Even though everyone loved Starstruck, Lovegame was always a fan fave from the beginning. Even before Strastruck existed.
dit 46,473
Absolutely. Gaga was at her peak commercially speaking and Flo Rida was MASSIVE. That song could of been another 5 million selling single for her in the US (and that is me being conservative it could of actually been another 7M seller for her). It was an easy #1 for her or at least top 3 smash. I'd also include Monster. Monster could of become a Halloween signature. Basically a mini Thriller (song). Should of been like this: The Fame: Spoiler Just Dance Poker Face Starstruck Love Game Paparazzi The Fame Monster: Spoiler Bad Romance Telephone Alejandro Monster

Werk 13,166
Psssst Pretty much everyone at that time knew the song despite not being a single if you get what I mean when I say pretty much everyone
Tom Nook 37,808
At the time probably It was 2008 and it had Flo Rida on it Uh Red Wine... Convict... Gah Gah...
CalixSpurius 540
I think it's a mediocre song to be honest. I mean Gaga didn't even include it in MB.
vanish 1,785
She would have 3 #1 singles in a row and 3 7 million sellers in a row in the US, instead of 2. Both Gaga and Flo Rida were massive in 2009.

NIghtmareElm 2,606
Maybe but LoveGame has the iconic "I wanna take a ride on your disco stick" line that so many quoted. Also it gave birth to the disco stick!
ToxicHot 6,444
Honestly, yes. I was actually thinking about this today too! Of course it would've done well considering it has Flo Rida on it, especially back in 2008-2009 (it even went gold in the U.S.). It should've been released after Just Dance or Poker Face, tbh. It really is one of the hits that got away from The Fame. But her career did evidently well back then even without it as a single, so it's not too big of a loss. dOnT sAd ReAcT mE 2 bE sHaDy i WiLL RePoRt U!!1!
