rivingtonrebels 245
I should probably make a thread but you can see my periscopes and videos on my twitter @thejenstanfield I really feel like CTM was a rip off. It was heart breaking to wait that long outdoors with no water only to get in and be right next to GA people who waltzed in a second after us. The backpack wasn't worth it and we were treated so poorly - we did not feel like VIPs. I got a phone call from the event managers in the afternoon telling me specifically come between 3:30-5:30 and you will be let right in. We did not get into the venue until after 7pm and GA walked in RIGHT after us. If you do go to my Twitter you will see I am an event professional and I would never treat my programs the way we were treated. It was ridiculous. The concert itself was incredible and miles miles better than ArtRave. The hate on the site is so unwarranted - it truly was amazing. I forgot about all the bullshit the minute she got on stage. I was a little annoyed that I couldn't see her for 25% of the time and the screen was lagging/not working some of the time when she was singing though. Just my perspective. But it doesn't come with a battery or anything. I only saw iPhone cable lanyards so as far as I know they're all iPhone. Love that I paid £200 to get in half an hour early, and get a backpack (which tbh I'm still pretty shook about even if I'm not keen on it being see-through), a guitar pick and an iPhone charger (I have samsung) pmsl Hiiieee
Robin Wivell 15
Interesting what you all said. But isn't the point of the CTM package so you get to be in the 2nd row instead of the 10th? That's why I got it. Guess I'll see how I feel about it on August 9th.

Can you tell the experience? When do you get contacted, email or phone? What time do they let you in? About how much people were with the CTM packages? 00026 † 10000

The early entry was the reason I bought CTM for Vancouver, Tacoma, Denver, and Salt Lake City (don't drag me; none of my other artists are touring this year and I haven't seen Gagz since 2011... Nashville BTWB was cancelled and she didn't come back for artRave so I'm treating myself this time around ) The line was a total mess in regards to the entry times and information. All emails said we would be let in 30 minutes before regular GA, however GA was actually let in as soon as CTM got on the floor.. maybe that was just rushed because entry was later than initially planned, idk. I got to be second row in front of the main stage which was amazing, but there were two girls who were regular GA right next to me and directly behind girls who got there at 5:30 AM. For what we paid for CTM, it felt like a rip off to be treated so poorly in regards to our early entry etc. had I known it would have been poorly handled and I would've gotten the same spot with GA, I would've just done that tbh. GA was only $105 after taxes whereas CTM was $250 so I expected early entry to at least be worthwhile, but it wasn't.

Yes, the laminate Joanne VIP badge is affixed to the clip the ends of the USB charger plug into to make it a lanyard. I got my email for CTM on Friday, so like 4 days before the show. I got an email with the information about where to line up and what would happen etc. the day of, I got a phone call from the VIP staff to explain the check in process, times, and location. We were supposed to be let in to the venue at 6-6:15 with GA entering at 6:30, but we actually got let in at 7-7:15ish. The entry time varies with the venue though. My CTM email for the Tacoma show on Saturday says that GA entry is at 6, and CTM is before then obviously.

I'm scared to be in the GA tbh, because I'm not aggressive like other people. But, question... how many people were in the CTM? Is it a far entrance that people had to run as soon as the doors opened? How did you end up on you spot? Sorry for the questions, but I gotta be prepared. Hahahaha. 00026 † 10000

I'm trying not to be disappointed but I definitely expected a lot more from a VIP package I guess? The show was still amazing. I'm hopi g most of the kinks we had in Vancouver were just because it was the first show though. They had a lot of trouble with tixketmaster's credit card entry system so maybe they'll fix that and the future shows will be better organized. Most people were very respectful. The only issue I had was a drunk gay couple forced their way up to me, hung onto me, grinded on me, put their hands around me and under my crop top, and tried to kiss me. I was hangry and stone cold sober so not having it lmao. i honestly do t know how many people were in CTM... I was in the first 70 people in line and I couldn't see the rest of the line. I saw quite a few of the Joanne backpacks in the GA, which were given to CTM people as the included exclusive merch, so I'm guessing quite a few were CTM. maybe 250? we couldn't run, they got mad if we walked ok fast 😂 It wasn't very far though. Just inside the venue doors then straight across the hall through the gate and then down to the floor. Because I got there early enough, I ended up being the second row in the center of the main stage so I was directly in front of Gaga for a majority of the sets on the main stage. That was incredible. Reminded me of being at the MBT at the very end of the catwalk.

However, the Vancouver crowd seems REALLY tame compared to Gaga crowds in other cities... i have the Tacoma/Seattle show on Saturday night and I want to be there earlier because I know Seattle hunties are cray. Someone's probably going to start camping out tomorrow or some ****.

Like where can you find someone that might be selling one? You can't resell CTM. They're credit card entry packages so you don't get an actual ticket. When the staff checks you in, they check your ID and credit card to what was used to purchase the ticket package. Then when they give wristbands out for entry, they actually swipe the card you used to purchase CTM with and it prints out a little ticket that they mark through. Ticketmaster doesn't allow for the packages to be transferred to other people. The purchaser of the package/person whose name is on the credit card must be present as well
