When Gaga is at Circle Stages I'll literally have her in front of me even though I'm at seating - She included four Born This Way songs, she really paid dust to it at the artRAVE (a TEOG chorus, an acoustic version of Born This Way and a shortened Judas / Aura medley doesn't do it for me) and I'll be living at my show. TEOG performance was especially emotional - Outfits #1, #2, (more or less #3), #5, #6, #7 - Vocals - She sings most songs in full. That's a BIG improvement. I think the only songs shortened were Telephone and Paparazzi right? I missed Just Dance so I can't tell - The INTERLUDES - The setlist made sense for me. I think it was set in the most logical order. I even could guess which song she was going to perform next and was right most of the time. Bonus: Come To Mama at the piano really surprised me. I'm glad she went full 70s hippie-queer mode for that set CONS: - Gaga's first arrival on stage was okay but the preceding intro wasn't. So short it felt rushed. Also, why couldn't she use all the amazing interlude visuals for the intro? I'm sure there are enough outtakes for a slight glimpse of Gaga as the background of the countdown or something - I didn't buy GA tickets but the catwalks will block the view of those who've bought them. I especially suffer for those who've bought the VIP tickets, who'll basically have Gaga as near as everyone else. Plus, the gifted merchandising is lame. - Sinner's Prayer - Perfect Illusion so soon in the setlist - Outfit #4 and Outfit #8 - It may be something minor, but her lipstick bothers me a lot. Wear a darker tone next time Overall, it seems to be better than the artRAVE (in terms of art direction, I haven't watched the JWT live yet). I've got this feeling too! Or maybe they skipped the full intro for the show. Maybe there was an interlude part after the timer. 'Don't call me Gaga' sounded like the Coachella intro, but the intro never came through. The 'CALL ME JOANNE' scream was kinda funny tho. I don't know, i've got the feeling this wasn't the full show/something changed last minute.
