The only nasty thing is you not being able to handle constructive criticism.

The problem falls in how your presenting it. You and that other member are the only ones who take any real huge issues with the show. Your framing it like your opinion is the voice of the fan base when it's not.

Maybe consider the fact that your issues with the show are your own personal nitpicks and not Gaga or her team's issue.

no for real. i really liked it! amazing light, interluedes, stage is cool too!

maybe she could add 2-3 more songs to the list so that it are 23-25 not only 20 or 21? that's what i am a bit sad.. but she did amazing!!!

but i have to admit... i dont like the whole order of the songs.. but that's just a small contra. happy gaga is doing a tour again and that i'm gonna see her in september..

still thinking about buying the CTM package and to sell my standing tickets....

WARNING "Negative" comment, if you are sensitive and have anger issues keep scrolling. This is just my opinion, you can like this tour all you want, no one's telling you otherwise. I don't get mad at people calling this her best tour, you shouldn't get mad at me calling this her worst either.

The interludes looked so out of place. And I'm pretty sure she re-used the Fame perfume film sound effects for the breather interlude. Might be wrong but it sounds familiar.

I'm glad I don't have tickets for the show yet. I would feel robbed, I tell you. The only good bits for me personally, were the interludes (they clash with the "Joanne vibes" but eh, individually they're not bad), Bloody Mary and Come to Mama.

Also, playing The Cure after Bad Romance was a mistake, that's like watching The Dollars Trilogy or Women in Love and then The Emoji movie right after.

I know first show and all but you'd have to change it drastically for me to call that good. It was just ok-ish, definitely her worst tour, I mean, the tacky flames...that's the ugliest and most overused especial effect ever, the excessive use of colourful lights, was this the Joanne tour or the Artrave's ugly sibling? The interludes (They're good but so out of place), the awkward descending bridges "catwalks", no defining tour outfit (someone's going to say "the BR outfit", no, that looks like an slightly different version of the 2009 VMA's look) all the visuals, really, very uninspired.

Remember we're talking about Gaga, the once pop star with the most interesting visuals, a visual master or was that her old team?, not Adele, a vocalist. "But the bloody Interludes you negative ungrateful thing, omg delete it" yeah and the rest? It all seems like an awful lot of different messy things stitched together.

I'm not a big fan of her music, I'm ( I used to be, maybe?) a super fan of her visuals, hence my reaction.

What's worse is how she proceeded it with MR :toofunny:

It should've been the opposite tbh. MR -> Interlude -> TC -> BR

I agree in regards to managing and creativity, but HML would've flopped harder than MTN. Yoü and I is one of her best songs in her discography (objectively and subjectively), and a good choice for a fourth single.

Yoü and I should have been a promo single. That song was way too old by that time and it flopped outside of the US. She just had a big hit with TEOG. She should have released a BOP after that and Heavy Metal Lover, trust me, is a very GP-friendly song in the vein of Poker Face and Just Dance. Could have been huge in the clubs.

She needed a dark, edgy single at that time. Born This Way, Edge of Glory, Marry the night, Yoü and I...they were very very light-hearted overall. Judas was definitely the wrong choice for single #2.

Born This Way

Marry the Night

The Edge of Glory

Heavy Metal Lover

Scheiße or Hair

....is how it should have went honestly. The first three songs had lots of hit potential and HML could have profited from being the follow-up to three hits. Then Scheiße or Hair could have been released without any worries. If they did well she might have pulled out another, sixth single and that could have been Judas, Yoü and I or Government Hooker. Overall, I think those 9 songs were the most single-worthy.

It ended very abruptly, I actually said, is that it? I was waiting for that bang!

Miel

I actually really like some of the lo-fi aesthetic in the visuals for the stage and merch.

abt the stage design n visuals i think she cant please everyone . some love it some hate it . think its the expectation n comparison n scrutiny . For me the only constructive criticism on this First Show is the setlist sequence . thats all .

@ChicaSkas I meant to say ggd.

Fun fact: The old acronym from the site you are talking about autocorrects to GGD.

Old offenses die hard :deadbanana:
