I definitely think murderers, pedophiles, sex offenders, etc are treated way to well I feel if the police officer is putting their own safety at risk to arrest a piece of **** human, he should use the necessary means, rather than go really nice and risk themselves getting hurt. Yes, so if the person calmly cooperates, they won't get their head bumped But a lot of the time people are struggling, trying to get away, being threatening towards the cop, and the police have no choice but to be rough.
