shes clearly not and is in fact a very nice lady from what I've gathered. She lost her eldest daughter in an accident a few months after the show aired. she's doing pretty good now

And to be honest, you really have to wonder how much her appearance/actions on the TV show were exaggerated/edited to make her look as crazy as she came off.

Britney lost it and shaved her head in 07 and improved her mental health to this day. Someone having breakdowns and going nuts doesn't mean they're crazy for life. There is also a lot of manipulation and editing at hand for reality tv shows like Wife Swap all for the sake of "entertainment".
