You can't set up a Democracy in a country like this. Just let them be. It will be a waste of money, another $1 Trillion gone in another failed war. North Korea is right next to South Korea, if they see we are invading, they will go into emergency mode and launch everything they have at South Korea and people will die. It is best to just not interfere and keep on pushing China to stop trading with them. Until North Korea tries to blow up another country, we should just not interfere.
