Washington doesnt need a shake up as much as dumb USA citizens do. Remember, you choose the ones who represent you. So if they choose kid rock, so be it. But i will watch that country fall to the ground and burn without even blinking. The rep party is a bunch of rich greedy people who would rather kill you to make a buck than to improve the country. Just because you got a Social Studies degree doesn't make you smarter than everyone. Alot of people have degrees that are surprisingly brainwashed and dumb. 

Brushing the Midwest as a dumb part of the country is pretty insulting considering some of the most educated cities in the U.S.A. are in the Midwest including Columbus, Ohio, Madison, Wisconsin, Ann Arbor, Michigan, Dayton, Ohio, and Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Infact, Columbus was recently named the most educated city in the United States, and the State of Ohio went resoundingly towards Trump. (+9%). 

I still think many Democrats have not learned their lesson from 2016 that constantly acting like you have a hold on the moral high ground rather than considering why Trump really won is what is destroying their party. 

Ohio, Indiana, Wisconsin, Michigan, Minnesota, Pennsylvania all went for Obama BOTH times. Michigan, Wisconsin, and Minnesota went democrat in the 80s, 90s, 00s, and '12 consistently. Are you saying these parts of the country all of the sudden became dumb?

Many of you are young and think it boils down to social issues, as do most young people generally speaking, but there is alot more to it and people have been feeling the bloated mess of the Democratic party for far too long. The party is no longer progressive, but regressive, and if you think most people in the Midwest voted for Trump regarding race....you're sadly mistaken. 

Trump even doubled the African American vote from Romney's numbers and tripled Bush's numbers. Why? There are many African Americans who are also sick of the bloated mess that is Washington. 

People simply voted to throw a wrench in Washington and hopefully get us back towards economic independence. Many people who voted Trump don't like him, but they think a silver lining can come out of it. 

I'm just being honest. And if you think Trump supporters are a whole bunch of ignorant white people....you're sadly uneducated. It's bigger than that. Trump literally talked **** about Mexicans and still got over a third of the Latino vote. 

You guys should wake up and look at reality, and the fact is: people don't give a **** about racial issues, they don't want it to be an issue, and most people thought we mostly moved on. They are far more concerned about getting financial security in a post manufacturing U.S. than whether someone is offended about pronouns.
