No shade to Believe (one of the most iconic comebacks of all time, and that HOOK! Lordt!), but it was considered "cheesy" pretty much from the moment it was released. For a 50+ woman at the time to gain a worldwide #1 and the best-selling single from a solo female artist in history (U.K), is really monumental The song gives me immense nostalgia too In my messy era.
