I wonder if JT will make it 3 weeks at the top? Pulled further ahead of Bruno on iTunes today.

I hope so :legend:

iTunes combined

1. Justin Timberlake - Mirrors 1.0347

2. Bruno Mars - When I Was Your Man 0.8750

3. P!nk - Just Give Me A Reason 0.8633

4. Bastille - Pompeii 0.7766

5. Nicole Scherzinger - Boomerang 0.6552

Justin pretty much set for 3rd week at number one. P!nk contending for #2 maybe?

Nicole was #1 in the mids yesterday somehow but she will obviously fall pretty heavily before Sunday. People on BuzzJack are predicting Mirrors will stay on top for 4 weeks due to multiple versions of the song being available with the album release on Monday. A radio edit has also apparently gone to iTunes AUS so I wonder if we will get that as well. With the video surely to come soon, Mirrors will end up having pretty great sales.

Nicole Scherzinger's Boomerang is doing a lot better than i expected.

Better than you expected? I think it's doing worse than I expected. I didn't actually expect a #1, but top 3 definitely and the way this is going, that isn't going to happen. I know that Nicole's a bit more "mature" shall we say than most popstars (she did knock 2 years off her age in the past and I still find it hard to be believe that she's 34) and Boomerang does sound somewhat dated but it's so commercial and radio friendly that I felt it would be a really easy hit. She's really gone to town with promoting it too. Don't Hold Your Breath debuted at #1 and it had the same level of promotion and yet had an even more dated sound.

Nicole will end up @ #05 on Sunday, which is really good considering the abysmal airplay

Bruno now down to 0.8125. There are no signs whatsoever of 'Mirrors' facing any kind of decline  Good for Justin. It's refreshing to have a song stay at #01 for longer than a couple of weeks.

Nelly and Taylor Swift are climbing fast with their new respective singles. Surprised Nelly's doing well, but we'll see if he sticks around. It looks like we're in for another monster Swift hit with '22'.

Scherzinger is PLUMMETING with 'Boomerang' I never expected it to remain top 3 or anything, but at THIS rate, she may actually struggle to debut in the top 5 officially come Sunday.

Duke Dumont/AME could be a threat to Justin. There's a fake version of 'Need U' floating around at #92 on iTunes. We haven't had any fakes crack the top 100 for quite a while now, so it bodes well. I suggest for y'all to check it out; especially if you're into early 90's house/garage music. Fantastic record.

VERY surprised to see Bridgit Mendler sticking around  It could be this years (albeit to a lesser extent) 'Call Me Maybe'

Blake Lewis is slowly climbing (#34) with the new Internet Explorer tune. If radio back it, I'm predicting huge things for him.

I am really disappointed the UK is eating up Ready or Not. That song flopped really hard in the US, thankfully :whitney:

What does that mean in radio terms and how far does it put him behind Justin? And how big is Justin's lead with downloads?

I'm surprised to see Nicole dropping massively already. Looks like this was just bad timing for her because if she'd released in a week where there wasn't much competition, she would've slayed. Just goes to prove that release schedule is crucial. For example, Tulisa's album may have uber flopped when it debuted at #35 with only 15,000 copies, but if she'd released it, say, on that week that Rihanna's TTT went to #1 with just 9,578 copies sold, she'd have been #1.

One Direction will be performing One Way Or Another on Comic Relief tomorrow too. Expect it to suddenly get into top three the next day.
