Gotta be honest, I was really surprised that Pound The Alarm didn't fare better, considering the success of Starships. I don't see new single, The Boys, doing much better. I'm really surprised that Nicki didn't try to get more mileage out of the dance pop songs on the album before making a re-release. Much as I hated it, I have to admit that Beautiful Sinner would have made a great winter single and I was expecting it around late autumn. Automatic could have worked well around autumn/winter too. In fact, she just should have released all the pop songs as singles a month apart just so she could guarantee maximum sales. Mixing it with urban tracks that never track well was a bad move. Promoting herself as a rap/pop crossover just isn't working. The general public doesn't care about her rapping and I think Nicki's gradually losing interest in it herself, especially when she realises that the big success lies in pop music.

People are finally getting sick of Nicki Minaj. And tbh Starships and Pound the Alarm sound similiar.

I wish she'd have done the iTunes Festival while she was here, if she could've fit it in her schedule somehow and cancelled something in America.

It would've sent both albums back into Top 40 for sure because there's no decent releases lately.

I don't wanna get too excited so I keep ignoring all these rumours of Gaga coming back here in June, but legit as soon as I heard that, all I could think in my head was - GLASTONBURYGLASTONBURYGLASTONBURYGLASTONBURY
