I was being slighty sardonic fam People often call us "snowflakes" for speaking out about microaggressions (or full blown transphobia or whatever ), but those people get upset when institutions like this take steps to be more inclusive of all people, even though it actually doesn't hurt or affect them at all Which brings me to your second thing... Yes, it does improve the daily experiences of some people. Like, why else would they do this if people being misgendered wasn't a slight that weighs down on them heavily Even if its small, its one less thing to worry about in the life of a non-cis person, and that can go a long way really.
