I don't understand how someone can live "just fine" with not being able to look, feel or vitally function the way they feel they should. That is (arguably) not living and it leads to self hate, harm, suicide, and so many other negative things. I think the transition part is needed to not end up like that, it isn't optional.

First it was LGBT+ but they decided to do it LGTBQIA cause thzt covers most of it (I dont agree with it tho, I rather have LGTB+ where the place is EVERYTHING)

I don't think they decide I think even though you're neither male or female your body develops like a male or a female depending on if you have XY chromosomes or not
