Cool. You do you. Couldn't care less who or what you identify as or who you go to bed with at night.

LGBTQIA though? Christ :air:

Poly relationships are disgusting. It feels very sad that nowadays' shameless/greedy people are not satisfied unless they ruin/twist everything to suit their sick desires.

And what sick desire is that? Also, what are they twisting? The sacred meaning of what a "relationship" is? Let's remind ourselves that a "relationship" itself is the connection between people, "people" as in 2 or more. Just because monogamous relationships are seen as the norm due to popularity that does not mean that they are any more right or wrong than any other type of relationship

A post like yours could just as easily fit on a homophobic forum somewhere on the internet actually  Try thinking about it that way and applying it from that angle and hopefully you'll see how hateful and judgemental you're being :/

I am judgemental about it alright and it is 100% conscious, and there is a fine line between being open minded and out of your mind, and people nowadays seem to have no issue with blending the two so easily.

Of course my comment would fit though. Homosexual people are so and I mean SO much more inclined to fit in the polygamous type and that just speaks volumes about what kind of people many of us are and our intentions/traits.

What about it is being "out of your mind"? And what "kind of people" are many of us then and what are our intentions and traits? You're saying things are right and wrong and insane and sane and this and that but not saying why to any of it

She is attracted to girls and identifies as lesbian. and she isn't in love with men, she is in love with a man and that does not make her bi/pan. It's not rocket science :awkney: she's in love with Nico not him

But Nico is a him lol. Ur logic is illogical. Anyway, personally, i would never be in a polyamouros or open relationship.

Wow. I'm in an open relationship myself which I couldn't be more proud of, and I find this SO insulting, especially coming from someone who (I'm assuming) is coming from the same LGBTQA+ community as myself.

Side note: judging by the tone of voice in your comment, it just sounds like you've been f**ked over by someone who played with your emotions and now you stick that label onto those (e.g us) who do not deserve it, and for that, I'm sorry and I hope you finally move on with your life.

1. I really am not sorry. 💋

2. I've been in a relationship for seven months now with someone I've known and have built up a lovely connection with over four years, and we are moving in together in a month, so I couldn't be happier, thanks for the concern but not so much for projecting. 🙊

You will find many studies as well as reports on how that kind of a relationship is wrong objectively. Look what you want up, I am not going to do it for you since your opinion won't change anyway (not that it should) and this discussion will be pointless. On a subjective level, everything wrong with a normal relationship is multiplied in an open one (more people) and it creates entirely new issues. Benefits? Well, guess you can be happy with satisfying the huge need for attention, intimacy and sexual needs, and of course the laziness to not have to work against that "lust", since you only want results without putting in the effort. Let's risk several things only to satisfy the root issue of it all, ego. Yay. 🙊 I am done with this discussion.

I mean, I don't see how it relates with this discussion in any way. And I don't know what to think about them either, is there any issue/something wrong with them that I should think about?

What's wrong with a normal relationship then? I'm not sure why you think it's all about wanting or needing attention, for some people love and sex are separate (if we're talking open relationships), and for some they are able to love multiple people at the same time. Why should either have to force themselves into types of relationships that don't suit themselves and conform to societal standards? Also what is this about "results without putting in the effort"? :duck:

I don't really see the point in coming into a thread and firing off a hateful and judgemental opinion if you're not going to stick around and explain and defend it when challenged :emma: You're better off not posting in the first place in that case

Because to many it's an abnormal corruption of society and humanity along the same lines of polygamy, so I figure you'd have similar thoughts based on the general logic proposed. I didn't know if it would be an unfair assumption to believe you had the same opinion on both.

Polygamy is a choice, fully. You can live just fine with only one person. Whether somebody feels as a woman or as a man but stuck in the opposite body is not (a choice), as far as I know, so how is it an abnormal corruption of society and humanity?

Because arguably the choice to transition is optional and therefore a blight. One could say you could live "just fine" as the gender you're physically born as. It's all a matter of empathetic understanding and personal belief.
