Kesha's note to fans (if you subscribed on her website) said 'Pre-Order Now and get weekly releases before the album drops' or something like that. So yes, I do believe she's releasing a song (and possibly video) for each song until the album drops. Reminds me of Marina's Froot of the Month. I like it!
