Is that why she won her SECOND AOTY and the album received a 75 on metacritic? It's also the First female album to receive a perfect score by Rolling Stone. So I don't know who "everybody is" Second, Ya'll first said that 25 wouldn't follow 21 sucess NOW, you're saying 25 was only sucessful because of 21. So her fourth album is going to flop? Sneaky Oliver 22,216
Rihanna has been delivering for 10 years already. She knows the trends or how to start one. That's why she is always on top. I'm not sure about Adele. Her sales rely on "I'm gonna disappear for a long time to comeback again" type of marketing. Bruno is great, I'm here for him and for his Gaga collab in the future

venusxillusion 184
I am tired of people kissing up to Bruno. He is basically a tribute act, all his songs sound exactly like older songs from the 70s-90s. That's What I Like is basically a joke novelty song they would do on SNL. It's just so cheesy and not even art. He gets praise for copying other people's work yet GAGA gets constant criticism if she's inspired by older artists. I hate it when singers play it safe, like Rihanna has found her niche as playing the sexy tropical girl and she just never changes, I miss her Rated R & Loud eras, she was fearless back then. ‘If religion be the cause of disunity, then irreligion is surely to be preferred.’ ‘Abdu’l-Bahá

So her fourth album is going to flop? why you are so militant? relax take a breath Closer won a Grammy too that year so.... A quick check at Metacritic shows: 21 - 76 from the critics and 7.9 from the users 25 - 75 from the critics and 7.4 from the users So what I said is correct, the album is weaker, even the scores are lower. especially from the users those who their judgement is more important than a critic (because they actually buys the album..) She's not the first, Donna Summer was the first in 1979 and later Sade got a perfect score in 1984. When I say everybody I mean the gp, the hype is not the same as 21 and there's no longevity for the album like it was with 21 until 25 was released.. I didn't bash her, I just explain how I see the reality atm.. I didn't say she'll flop, I only said "who knows about the next album.." it doesn't mean she'll flop, it just means, let's see how her next one will do.. like open questions without an answer.. Parsakaali 268
I think its because they are very relatable and dare I say.... basic. They have no offputting features, so many people kinda like them, might not be huge fans, but like what they are doing. Compare that to Gaga, who is very pro lgbt, which some dislike, or the new "woke" Katy. I feel like the same phenomenon can be seen on many of those folk(?) bands. (Not sure what the genre is, but the likes of Imagine Dragons, Kongos, Two door cinema club etc) They get massive amount of streams competiting the "mainstream pop stars" if though most of the people have no idea what they are called even if they know their biggest hits if they heard them.
