They want to date black women because...? That chart is not telling me anything, some of them are guilty of what you're saying, some of them aren't, We don't know for sure. The Chart shows that BLACK men and BLACK women Receive the LEAST amount of replies on Dating websites. While WHITE men receive the MOST replies on dating websites. So can you explain to me why the results are this way?

I've heard so many times girls say i would date any guy except black or any guy except asian or any guy except hispanic and black. These comments are not based on a simple sexual preference and physical attraction, but rooted on racial stigmas and society. Right? There's also people who want to date a white men/woman because of years of Hollywood/media exposure. That's just good old fashioned soft power. You see something you like of a culture in media and you want a piece of it. I don't think it's that surprising or shameful. And then people who genuinely do that for simple sexual preference and physical attraction. But I don't think your approach is the right one. When you use your own opinion as a means to quantify something. So not only are you predicting how people think of black people, but you're telling me how 'most' of people think of black people. You have taken the liberty to define their personal racial views, you're generalising. I wasn't really raised to see certain races as more attractive than others, so I'm probably talking out of my ass. You tell me. I'm not avoiding your question, I have things to do, taking care of my 5 year old boy is one of them. Edit: this thread was about Tyler coming out as bi/gay, and you turned it into race thing. Don't really know why but ok.

I agreed with everything until the bolded, The data pretty much showed that on AVERAGE Black men and Black women are the least desired when it comes to dating and you even admitted that the media/our eurocentric white society has influenced some POC to chase white men exclusively. Most likely Tyler is a product of the Later seeing as he has songs saying he Only likes white guys and doesn't **** with black guys. It's abnormal because most people are usually attracted to their own race, so to prefer another race over your own is odd. You also have to take into the context of being a POC and how being white is seen as "the norm" and POC wanna obtain that. Basically a House negro. I'm aware of that, that's an actual thing, I'm not denying that. Though my initial point was that being a "snow queen" is not something I personally see as problematic as you said. It's Tyler's thing, he has his reasons, we shouldn't judge his racial preferences. And we shouldn't assume things either.

Such an odd thing to say. "Most" people are different from one another. How can you say it's an odd thing to like people from a different race in this day and age, this sounds very regressive to me. If Tyler happens to like white guys, good for him. If he is writing off POC simply because they aren't white then shame on him, but how much of his personal life do we actually know to be able to judge that? I am a white guy, and I rarely go for other white guys. I don't think this is an abnormality, it's just preference

And again, POC refusing to date their own race is complete different from whites refusing to date their own race ( unless you fetizhed) because of the historical context of this country when it comes to promoting Whiteness and the discrimination POC has faced. It just bothers me as POC, POC are rarely represented in gay media, So for a POC celebrity to finally come out and all he does is glorify and lust after white man saying "Where the tall freckle white boys at, I don't want a black man" or " I'm searching for 95 Leo" It hurts because it's just another reminder that being White is the standard in this community and POC aren't view as attractive and nobody wants us. Are we actually biologically wired to prefer dating our own race though? I feel like if anything people dated within their own races for so long due to culture and social stigma, we're getting past that age now (trying) Refuse is too strong of a word for this scenario. You have a handful of Tyler's tweets that seem to show he has interest in white guys, but it doesn't mean he 'refuses' to date black men. I already said "shame on him" if that were the case, because I don't think it's right to completely refuse another human based on the color of their skin. I understand this topic affects you personally, and I'm not trying to take away how you feel regarding this sensitive subject, but it's not healthy to look for racial prejudice in everything. It just hurts, when I heard he was came out I was like " Wow, now theres finally another Gay POC celebrity that looks me, maybe we'll finally see some more POC Representation" but NOPE, he goes on to saw how hot white man, how he wants a white man, and not posting anything about black love. Just another reminder that nobody wants POC.It just hurts man.
