She's the super blunt best friend who loves ya to death but isn't afraid to call sh*t out when she sees it. She's the one who will tell you "you look like a god damn hippo" if you ask her if the pants your wearing make you look fat haha I love you monsters. I'd be unfixably broken without you
Michelle 2,056
I'm like the only one not excited about this movie maybe when I see it.
prince 4,688
Kind of love that we have drag queens in the film, kind of hope it doesn't cheapen it though
Der Meister 3,000
He was the best queen to ever step on Rupauls. And they basically ignore his existence, but Karma is a bitch.

Ferrer Zorola 3,966
I fear this movie isn't going to be taken seriously I mean... the music doesn't sound Oscar worthy, they're making it practically about Gaga's real life... I honestly wanna be surprised. LIFE IS GOOD

Some snippets have leaked and maybe ONE song can be poppy stuff but a lot of them? I'm not being pessimistic I'm being realistic. The Oscars are super serious and the Academy won't like that. You can be a Stan but that doesn't mean you have to like every decision she makes. LIFE IS GOOD

Many of the screenwriters, producers, and writers have been in movies which are poorly received by the media and critics so there's a high probability that “A Star Is Born" is so exception. I don't disagree but you have 0 basis for your opinion. I have heard the snippets and you can't hear anything.

imnotyourbabe10 6,100
Used to appreciate drag and gender performativity but lately RPDR has gotten so assimilationist and money hungry while not addressing sex and gender issues head on (or they do so briefly--like with Kim Chi's commentary on race in the gay community). Or maybe I just don't like drag culture anymore...the whole yass, shade, etc. is quite annoying and alienating. And where are the drag kings, Ru? EDIT: On topic, I suppose it'll be interesting to see how this is incorporated to the film. Won't jump the gun on assessing that part just yet. Bradley Cooper, Eric Roth, Clint Eastwood, Irene Mecchi ... ya poorly received by the media and critics. You people are so delusional, but I'm not surprised when you have a str8 youtuber who panders to your desire for str8 men as ur avi.
