Miel 15,009
They both have the same basic chord progression for the chorus (i-v-vi-iv), and both are similar in tone and aesthetic (70's Classic Rock, 80's pop, modern electro-dance). Clarence is the cherry on top of all of that. I feel like Hair, Highway Unicorn (which was initially set to feature Clarence, too, right?), The Queen, and TEOG, we're all at least written around the same timeframe. Similar chord progressions (except The Queen, which is i-v-iv), similar tone and aesthetic, and very similar writing. I know most of the album was written in the same timeframe, but I feel like those four were very close. 3 points in and ready for more

Love them and your breakdown kinda helped me realize a little why. Thanks for this.
