This is because he releases music that he doesn't care for reaction. The video may look creepy at first, but listen to his music rather than the video (the videos' for aesthetics). Tonetta's music were since from the 80s and released them in the late 2000s when Youtube was a boom. Warning, his music's not for everyone. I'm posting five hits from tame to the wild.
