It debuted at #2, because Billboard changed the rules the week it was released(they stopped counting the sales from Wallmart, or something and Blacout was "outsold" by random country group and etc. It deserved more, true, but Britney was not promoting it and the album was overshadowed by her personal life and issuese, unfortunately. Like a Prayer and Rythm Nation are considered the peak eras for both artists and Red produced her first number 1 and was nominated for AOTY....
