The GP knows pretty well about the Luke case and how it went, when she releases Woman and it gets sold as the big comeback after the case by radios, she will sure get exposure.

And it seems to be a bop, which is even better

It seems great but we'll see

Spoiler

dare I even say: quote/bookmark me?

Judging by the leaked song from yesterday, I'd say with that material it looks unlikely. She has the potential to with a radio friendly hit. I mean Timber with Pitbull was HUGE here.

She has so many good pop songs, released & unreleased. Go to iTunes or youtube and educate yourselves :trollga:

You forgot joanne...

ARTPOP would be the "cursed" album then, since Cannibal courts, TFM would also count.

And ARTPOP was definitely a bad era for Gaga, so it really does apply. (Even though I love the album) It definitely did not perform as well as expected.

No one really expected Joanne to smash though. It actually probably did better than a lot of people expected, considering how un radio-friendly it is.

Well she's taken a really long break and has had a public legal struggle with a producer, it may be a bit low.

Does Kesha sell more albums or singles?

All of her past albums have generally had big lead singles.

She sells more singles. Warrior had a 3x platinum single and only pushed 350k.

Kesha needs to start all over again sadly, I hope she makes it. Other artists fell to oblivion like Anastacia

Did this "curse" affecter Britney and her fourth album In The Zone? Cause I know it sold way less more than the others but it still did sell well and it had 3 iconic singles and a successful tour.

Britney was unbothered untill her 8th album, when she flopped for the first time. ITZ, was a massive success, debuted with 609k first week sales on Billboard, sold 13 Million coppies WW, broke few records, released Toxic(arguably the most iconic pop song of the new Millenium) and she even won a Grammy for Toxic + the tour was realy successful unless she cancelled it, because of an injury. ITZ was Britney's peek as an artist, it wasn't "Oops" kinda successful, but was the highest selling album by a female artist in 2004.

What about Blackout then? It did debut at #2

I'm still mad about it, Blackout deserved better! :grr:
