You need to have a torrent app like uTorrent, then you download a .torrent file with what you want to download and open it with the app, and then it downloads to your download folder (or the folder you told the app to put it in). How fast it is going to download depends on how many people have the file and are online (aka are "seeding" the file). If you see me posting like crazy, I'm either bored or procrastinating.
