blur 82
All of Born to Die sometimes makes me cry (any song) because of all the nostalgia I have associated with the album. But a song that makes me cry is Number One Party Anthem by Arctic Monkeys. Spoiler also not really a song but the monologue that starts and concludes ride (lana del rey) is sooooooooooo emotional and lowkey relatable at some parts that it always makes me cry 100% of the time edit: this probably made me sound like such a 2013 wanna be hipster but i mean i have a wider range of artist than this dont worry

HausOfMiklaus 1,803
The entire Melodrama album forced me to confront myself, my relationship, my vices, my failings, my hopes. I wept like a baby.

Letmelivemylife 8,715
1. Family Portrait by Pink. "In our family portrait we look pretty happy. Let's play pretend. Let's act like it comes naturally." If you were to look at the family portraits of my mom, dad, and my 2 sisters, we looked like every other family with 3 kids and a dog. But we were broken under the surface. My mom is severely bipolar and refused to take her medication and my dad was a workaholic who avoided my mom. My childhood wasn't a happy one 2. Hair by Gaga. I used to avoid mirrors because I truly hated what was staring back at me. I was weird and awkward. Nobody understood me. Gaga was the first one that forced me to look in the mirror and it felt like with Hair, she said "Baby you are beautiful". When everybody else said "you're so weird" Gaga said "I love you just the way you are" if that makes sense I love you monsters. I'd be unfixably broken without you

She gave the so called "freaks" a home of sorts (little monsters) where they could be themselves without fear of ridicule. Hair was inspired by all of the stories from monsters who felt like they didn't belong. Hair was gaga's way of saying "I love you just the way you are" ♥️ I love you monsters. Oh my God, that American Idol performance was the most heart wrenching thing. I used to watch it over and over when I needed a good cry. Lol
