It's just her recent music is not good compare to The Dutchess and people expected the same quality of music.. But it has been 10 years since her last solo album, it's only natural that she is not as talked about or recognised. She has a good voice too, but where is she? Take Gaga for example, she might take years to release an album but does tributes, vocal performances, National Anthem and jazz stuff, she keeps showing the public she has the voice.
