Her not knowing or having even SPOKEN to Quavo is no excuse btw, it only makes me question her artistic integrity as well :oprah:

John Wayne

I don't have an opinion on either of them, but to watch someone's career tumbling down and to say you enjoyed it it's a vile thing.

The Surrealist

She just proved that she has no artistic integrity and is in for the money, hence not even speaking to her collaborators.

OT: She's happy over someone's failure. How sadistic and nasty.

Not everyone hating on her for her being interested in Iggy's career fall while also rejoicing in Halsey's career taking a hit :toofunny:

Do y'all like it when careers tumble or not? Cause all I'm seeing is hypocrisy, which is ironic cause that's what y'all are labeling her as :toofunny:

Whatever, HFK is still an amazing album, one of the best released this year :golfclap:

She is so right ! For me Iggy is untalented and should have never attained the fame and success she's gotten. She can't rap at all, her flow is boring, she misappropriated the black culture, she's been tactless so many times throughout her career but that doesn't matter now because she's a flop and she'll never bounce back. Good riddance, Iggy. She's a beautiful and attractive woman, so perhaps she should go back to modeling. That's where she would shine , but please don't destroy my ears with your mediocre beats , flows and bars you don't even write yourself.

Well not exactly self hating but she's a part of the LGBT community using deragratory terms to other members of the community (trans). And its gross.

Is that about the post 6 years ago?

Lady Palutena

In regards to Halsey:

RSRXsHP.jpg

LOL "trani"? At least when bigots insult us, they spell it right. :nails:

And how Stacy of her to be saying that Migos comments were taken out of context. Because it wasn't just reported that they refused to share a stage with Drag Queens. Yeah, definitely not homophobic. Migos remind me of those straight guys who think every gay or trans girl is gonna be attracted to them and try to seduce them, like, please, we have standards. :ladyhaha:

In regards to Iggy, I have never really listened to her... I listened to Fancy a couple of times but that was it. Actually, I don't have anything against her music, it's just not the genre that I enjoy. I've never really followed her career, though.  :selena:

Adoremus in caelum, Palutena. Dea luminis.

BTW y'all rock I'm glad there are some people here who at least pretend to care (not saying you're pretending but ya know)

The biggest eye-opener for me at GGD was the topic about the new Philly pride flag with the black and brown. I totally expected it, but like....calm yourselves, it's okay to focus on two issues at once. I live in Philly and I guarantee that the queer people of Philadelphia don't give two flying s**ts about what anyone thinks of that flag, because it works for us.

Life is a learning experience through and through, 5 years ago I knew very little about the way things worked and to which extents certain minorities struggled when faced with a system built to oppress them in every which way. It's taken a lot of shutting up and listening to those it affects on a daily basis. The older generations. The people my age. And those younger than me. Sort of putting into perspective things that may have missed me due to privilege and/or ignorance, lack of education. Shit, I am far from perfect, and have a long way to go, but I'll never revert back to the neanderthallic ways of thinking that once had the better of me. It isn't about being "woke", it's about being conscious.

And it may not be specifically my place to say, but I think the new Philly pride flag is more beautiful than the old one. The reaction I saw from many people here was very disheartening and depressing.
