It's only an assumption though and I do not share this one with you. I honestly think she enjoys the song, she wrote it, recorded it and released it. Also, the lyrics might very well be about Sonja.

I think it's better to assume she actually treated the song as a filler between ASIB and JWT. It's still the fans that had their own ideas about what the song was.

Not only was Gaga incredibly busy when the song came out (ASIB) and her best friend of 10 years died, she also has chronic hip pain from her injury in 2013 that will NEVER go away on top of being mentally ill (depression & PTSD).

Gaga probably would like to do more promo but there's only so much stress you can handle until your body shuts down on you. The media blackouts are Gaga probably going into hiding for some weeks in order to recharge her batteries, otherwise she would probably be a nervous and hyperemotional wreck.
