She made the first official splash by releasing her debut EP under a new stagename Allie X, titled CollXtion I, in 2015 (in the mid-2000s, she was simply an indie act playing in different bands and releasing her own music independently). It wasn't until 2017 that Allie X was ready to conquer pop further by unleashing her debut record, CollXtion II, to the masses - a project that continued Allie's love for media and performance art. Fizzling with sporadic and scintillating pop productions, Allie X redefined modern pop music that had become so dependent on beat-drops and features, by making a record chock full of hooks and pure pop melodies.
