Lorde and Halsey have the same amounts of EP's and Albums in their discographies though, and Halsey basically started one year after Lorde :lana::poot:

Badlands and Room 93 are great, HFK sounds out of place in her discography but it's still better than the other two :whitney:

Katy for me, though Lorde's best songs are on Melodrama in my opinion. "Green Light" and "Writer in the Dark" are good. Halsey doesn't really do anything for me.

SEXODUS

I'm okay with Witness. I bop to Pendulum, hard, but nothing more. I never had a strong connection to Katy's music. Halsey is starting to captivate me.  Bad At Love and Eyes Closed are straight up two of my favorite songs this year. Neither of them albums can compete to Melodrama, though. I still have this obsession with Pure Heroine that now continues on with this record, and it's just a great feeling. I feel like Lorde is the most captivating songwriter I know. I'm not saying she's better than anyone else, she's just different in a very weird and genuine way. I don't know how to explain it but she has this thing that creates a real connection and I can't get enough of it. I'm already starving for the next album. She wins it and I'm really hoping she gets the credit she deserves.

Mindblown

While I love both albums; I actually enjoy Witness more. Theres just more songs and many are good and it has a few that aren't *CoughSwishSwishCough*. While in contrast Melodrama feels more like an EP than an album where as Pure Heroin felt like a full album. I love both albums right now but Witness has a variety of sounds where Melodrama is more Melo which is good for relaxing and listening.
